OMG!!!!

Last night Coy brought home an invitation to a Christmas party fromThe Lanier Law Firm. He was invited by one of their lead council (whohe's been working closely with this year).

You've GOT to check out this invitation! This Christmas party is going to be incredible, and I can't wait to go. It's family friendly, with BBQ, Fajitas and "amusements", then a special apperance by....

Coy has wanted to ride the bus ever since he learned to say it! He finally got the chance on his first day of school. Nice that the bus stops right in front of our house! ;)

Coy's first day of Kindergarten! He was so excited... And we were excited for him. The classroom was a bit crowded with all the parents that came in to see their kiddos to their seats. Mrs Owens had play doh ready to go on the tables, and everyone got to find their name on their chair. All the kids did SO well. The parents... Well, you know. ;)

We enrolled Cyd & Coy in a self defense class for kids. It was
FABULOUS! The kids learned a lot and had a good time. They learned
some effective techniques that we pray they will NEVER have to use.

They both did a GREAT job!

The Friday before school started, we went to 'Meet the Teacher' day.

Coy met Mrs Owens.

We went to Coy's new school on Thursday afternoon to look on the class lists & find out who
his kindergarten teacher would be. (This is a Westwood tradition). He'll have Mrs Owens and is SO excited to meet her. :)

For my birthday, my boys got me the biggest bouquet of flowers I've ever seen.

Coy dressed for his first day of Tae Kwon Do. He was so excited and

Coy finished his summer session of gymnastics with Olympic Day.

On the way back from Great Wolf Logde we stopped off in Waco to see
Baylor. Of course we had to go to the bookstore so we could stock up
on Baylor goodies! The kids had a blast.

Coy took private swim lessons this summer after group ones sent him backsliding (skill-wise). Sam was a great swim teacher and Coy LOVED him.
